Our client, A Private Equity-backed, market-leading Premium Consumer Goods & Retail Group is undergoing a comprehensive 12-week strategic review and is seeking a high-caliber
Strategy Consultant to lead the day-to-day execution of this project. The consultant will lead
the project on-the-ground, driving the diagnostic, analyses, and recommendation design,
reporting to the Project Directors.
Key Responsibilities
1.Commercial Diagnostic: Executing SKU-level profitability and Price Pyramid analysis
to optimize margin and pricing strategy.
2. Omnichannel & Data Strategy: Integrating DTC and Retail data to build a unified
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) model and a synchronized brand management
framework.
3. Supply Chain Redesign: Designing a streamlined, multi-origin logistics network to
de-risk sourcing and optimize the group's primary US-based distribution hub.
4. Organizational Architecture: Designing a unified organizational structure and
governance model to eliminate BU silos and capture synergies across core functions
(Finance, HR, Marketing, Ops).
Skills Required
● Tier-1 Consulting Pedigree: A minimum of 3–5 years at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB
or equivalent), with proven experience operating at the Engagement Manager / Project
Leader level in the US.
● Industry Expertise: Strong preference for direct industry experience in Luxury
Consumer Goods and/or Premium Retail in the US.
● Strategic Autonomy: Ability to independently drive a complex project end-to-end,
managing workstreams with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality,
client-ready output.
● Analytical & Conceptual Rigor: Mastery of analytical modeling (SKU-level analysis,
price pyramids, etc.) and conceptual problem-solving (org design, R&R mapping, etc.).
● Stakeholder Management: Exceptional executive presence. You must be able to build
rapid rapport and navigate complex dynamics with C-Suite stakeholders.
