Our client an AI-Powered Enterprise Learning Experience & Upskilling Platform is seeking to engage with a consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end engagement lifecycle from qualified opportunity to measurable business outcomes.
- Diagnose enterprise capability gaps by engaging senior stakeholders and structuring ambiguous problem statements.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined, quantifiable success metrics (e.g., productivity, attrition, skill coverage).
- Design and execute AI-led pilots using client data to demonstrate real, contextual value.
- Develop solution architectures aligned to client org structure, skill frameworks, and technology landscape.
- Support commercial proposals with structured problem diagnosis, value case, and governance models.
- Articulate and defend solution positioning against in-house build alternatives using evidence-based arguments.
- Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams (AI, engineering, product, content).
- Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables—product specs, AI requirements, and content briefs.
- Lead programme management across multi-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Establish governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting cadence, and decision structures.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including implementation, change management, enablement, and hypercare.
- Monitor and report on defined success metrics, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- Develop executive-level presentations showcasing impact, value delivered, and future roadmap.
- Continuously refine solutions and delivery approach based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Skills Required
- Experience:4–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting environments (MBB, Big 4, or Tier-1 strategy boutiques), or equivalent high-rigor roles.
- Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to at least one large-scale digital transformation involving real system and process change.
- Strong programme management experience with demonstrated ownership of delivery, including planning, governance, risk management, and execution.
- Hands-on experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g., CHRO, CFO, Chief AI/Data Officers) in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently structure problem-solving approaches.
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day professional work.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including differences between leading models.
- Practical knowledge of AI architectures such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.
- Ability to engage credibly with technical teams and senior AI stakeholders.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical thinking capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.
- High ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
- Exposure to HR, talent, or L&D transformation initiatives (preferred).
- Experience with learning technologies or enterprise SaaS implementations and/or cross-industry exposure (preferred).
