Freelance Solar Trainer

Job Description

HopingMinds is looking for an experienced Solar Trainer to deliver classroom and practical field training under our Solar Module Installation Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on Solar PV installation, wiring, inverter configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide practical hands-on and field-based training.
• Train participants on safety procedures, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.
• Supervise rooftop solar installations and mentor trainees during Field OJT.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Solar PV installation and maintenance.
• Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel for training sessions.
• Prior training or skill-development experience will be an added advantage.
