We're Hiring: Freelance Social Media Executive (Meta – Instagram & Facebook) | Spark

Do you live and breathe Reels Can you spot a trend before it peaks and turn it into content that feels unmistakably on-brand Spark is looking for a creative freelancer to own our presence on Instagram and Facebook.

What you'll do

→ Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram and Facebook

→ Edit Reels, Stories, and posts that stop the scroll

→ Track trending topics, audio, and formats, and adapt them to Spark's branding pillars: Business Growth/Strategy/Consulting, AI Consulting, International Trade and Business Coaching

→Keep a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every post

→ Monitor performance and refine content based on what's working

What we're looking for

→ Strong hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, or similar)

→ A sharp eye for trends and the ability to make them your own

→ Solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook features and algorithms

→ Creativity, consistency, and the ability to work independently

→ Your work speaks louder than your resume.
