Freelance Senior AI Engineer Agentic AI & Copilot Platforms

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and intelligent Copilot platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Python, Copilot Studio, RAG architectures, and AI governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph.

• Build multi-agent workflows for reasoning, orchestration, intent classification, and decision-making.

• Develop tool-using agents integrating APIs, enterprise systems, retrieval frameworks, and business rules.

• Implement RAG architectures, grounding mechanisms, and hallucination prevention strategies.

• Build and extend custom agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

• Design and implement AI guardrails, policy enforcement, output validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Create automated testing frameworks for AI agents and LLM outputs.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines for prompt versioning, model deployment, and agent lifecycle management.

• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and performance tracking for production AI systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.

• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI systems.

• Expertise in RAG, function calling, tool orchestration, and LLM architectures.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

• Knowledge of AI Guardrails, Safety, and Compliance frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.

• Strong understanding of AI testing, evaluation, and observability.

Preferred Skills

• LLMOps / AI Ops experience.

• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services or Healthcare.

• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Graph-based Reasoning.

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and policy engines.
