Role Description:

This is a part-time, on-site Freelance SAP FICO Trainer role based in Roorkee. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led SAP FICO sessions, including theory, system demonstrations, and hands-on exercises for learners at varying levels. Responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, case studies, and assignments aligned with current SAP best practices and business processes. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support participants through query resolution and doubt-clearing sessions. Additional tasks include collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, aligning training content with industry needs, and occasionally contributing to workshops, webinars, or special training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO with practical, project-based experience in finance and controlling modules.
• Demonstrated Training and facilitation skills, including classroom delivery, learner engagement, and assessment.
• Solid understanding of Business Process design and integration, especially in finance and related domains.
• Knowledge of Materials Management and its integration points with SAP FICO is highly preferred.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate real-world scenarios into training use cases and guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, faculty, or SAP consultant in an instructional role is highly desirable.
