Freelance Sales Trainer – EdTech (In-Person Training)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Trainer to conduct in-person sales training sessions for our inside sales team. The objective of the training is to strengthen communication, objection handling, sales conversion, customer engagement, and closing skills through practical and interactive learning methods.
Training Details
- Training Frequency: Once every 3 months (Quarterly)
- Training Duration: 1-day training session
- Training Mode: In-Person Training
- Team Size: Approximately 25–35 employees
- Location Preference: Delhi (Preferably near Janak Puri, New Delhi)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical in-person sales training sessions for the sales team
- Deliver training focused on inside sales and telecalling processes
- Train employees on objection handling, follow-up strategies, and closing techniques
- Conduct live roleplays, mock calls, and interactive learning activities
- Improve confidence, communication, and conversion performance
- Analyze common sales challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Share effective sales scripts and customer engagement approaches
- Provide actionable feedback and performance improvement recommendations
Venue & Logistics Requirements
- Trainer will be responsible for arranging a suitable training venue (conference room, training hall, auditorium, or equivalent professional learning environment)
- Venue should be located in Delhi, preferably close to Janak Puri
- Trainer should arrange required seating and training setup for participants
- Based on the training schedule, arrangements should include:
- Lunch for participants
- Tea/snack breaks
- Basic training-related logistics
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Training
- Prior experience in EdTech / B2C Sales Training preferred
- Strong understanding of telesales and inside sales processes
- Ability to conduct practical and activity-based sessions
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong expertise in objection handling and sales closing
Commercial Terms
Budget: Up to 70,000
The proposed budget should include:
- Trainer's professional fees
- Training venue / conference room arrangements

- Other related logistics
