1. Job Overview:

Abroad Ninja, a leading brand under Ufaber Edutech Pvt Ltd, is seeking an experienced

Part-Time Reverse Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing

professional candidates (our clients) in international companies by actively engaging in job

hunting, job applications, and networking. This position is perfect for mature professionals with

experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or placements, who are passionate about

connecting top talent with global opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively hunt for job opportunities in international companies for our professional clients.

2. Apply to suitable jobs on behalf of clients by tailoring resumes and cover letters to meet

specific job requirements.

3. Network with international hiring managers, recruiters, and industry professionals to uncover

hidden job opportunities.

4. Collaborate with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with suitable job

openings in the international job market.

5. Conduct thorough research on potential employers and identify key contacts within

companies.

6. Follow up on applications and networking leads, ensuring clients are kept informed

throughout the process.

7.Provide regular updates to clients and the internal team regarding progress and outcomes.

8. Assist clients with interview preparation and offer negotiation when applicable.

2.Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or placements, with a strong focus

on professional and international job placements.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

3. Experience with job hunting, job applications, and candidate placement in international

companies.

4. Ability to evaluate resumes and tailor them for specific roles and international markets.

5. Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently.

6. Comfortable with online networking tools and job portals.

7. Familiarity with international recruitment processes is a plus.

3. Work Schedule:

1. Flexible part-time hours, approximately 5-6 hours per day.

2. Remote position, offering flexibility in work location.
