About the Role:
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability for open roles.
Verify salary expectations and availability.
Submit qualified and validated candidates to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain an active candidate database for future requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Collect and deliver post-interview feedback to candidates.
Proven experience recruiting for US-based positions, especially senior engineering roles.
Strong understanding of IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare job functions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
