Title: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Remote
Shift: USA - PST
Position Type: Contract
We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who can independently work on recruitment assignments and manage the process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify relevant candidates for assigned positions.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary, notice period and availability.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing techniques.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain an organised candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Work independently and provide regular updates on assigned positions.
- Handle both domestic and international recruitment requirements, where applicable.
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous recruitment/freelance recruitment experience.
- Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to independently source, call and manage candidates.
- Recruiters with their own sourcing methods, professional networks or recruitment setup will be preferred.
- Experience with international recruitment will be an added advantage.
