Position: Freelance Recruiter

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Experience: 3+ years in recruitment (any industry)

Compensation: Commission-based

What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and close candidates for client requirements

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle independently

Work with multiple clients across industries

Build your own pipeline and work at your own pace

Commission Structure:

Earn 20-25% of the closing amount received from clients

Payout released within 2-3 days of receiving client payment

Client payments typically come in 15-30 days after candidate joining (based on client's chosen package plan)

No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you earn!
