Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from blue collar to mid-level roles across our growing businesses. This is a work-from-home role requiring strong ownership, coordination, and structured hiring support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for across departments
• Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate calls, and shortlist as per requirements
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates
• Coordinate offer-related documentation and joining formalities support

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment
• Well versed with leading recruitment platforms
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Well-versed with remote hiring and interview scheduling processes
