Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions across industries.
• Understand client requirements, including job description, experience, and specific skill sets, to target your search effectively.
• Develop effective strategies to source qualified candidates through various platforms, job boards, social media channels, and professional networks.
• Evaluate resumes and profiles to determine candidate fit and shortlist top candidates for further evaluation.
• Negotiate salaries and finalize hiring decisions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Strong sourcing skills via multiple methods, including active and passive sourcing.
• Previous freelance recruitment experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to screen and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruiting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a PLUS.
