About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Order Management Systems (OMS), especially Fluent Commerce. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end OMS workflows, API testing, integration testing, and automation across retail and eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for OMS applications.
- Validate end-to-end order lifecycle flows including order capture, fulfillment, shipment, returns, cancellations, and inventory updates.
- Work extensively on testing Fluent Commerce workflows and integrations.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Validate integrations between OMS, eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and logistics systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Support automation testing using Selenium, Java, or similar frameworks.
- Participate in UAT and production validation activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing.
- Strong experience in OMS testing and retail/eCommerce domain.
- Hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce.
- Experience in API testing and integration testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium/TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
