Flexing It has partnered with Our client, A leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is looking to engage with a Project Manager, who is responsible for managing end-to-end machine building and industrial automation projects for the Client's plants, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
The role involves cross-functional coordination, supplier management, risk handling, production support, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end machine building and industrial automation projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with required quality
- Coordinate with plants, technical teams, suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Track project timelines, resources, costs, and delivery milestones
- Support machine installation, testing, stabilization, and production ramp-up
- Work with vendors/suppliers for component sourcing, pricing, and lead time management
- Ensure safety standards, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices are followed
- Conduct regular project review and progress meetings
- Support technical solutioning, quotations, and project planning
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage team workload, collaboration, and project execution efficiency
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Mechatronics Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing projects
- Experience in machine building, machine assembly, or industrial project management
- Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and IPC software
- Understanding of electrical testing systems like MCB, MCCB, ACB, UPS, Energy Meter, etc.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and delivery
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable working on Windows/MS Office environment
