Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Project Management Trainer for a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The trainer will design and deliver tailored project management training sessions to meet the needs of professionals across various sectors. Responsibilities include creating customized training materials, conducting interactive workshops, mentoring participants, and guiding them to enhance their skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project management concepts, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver professional training programs and create comprehensive learning materials.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing real-world context through practical examples and insights.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to suit a hybrid working model (in-person and online).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in corporate training, education sector, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Flexibility and cultural competence to engage with diverse participants across industries and regions.
