Freelance Oracle HCM Technical Data Analyst

This is a Part-Time opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, HR data management, integrations, and data migration.

Position: Oracle HCM Technical Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), RTF templates, and OTBI.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations with ADP Celergo / GlobalView.
• Handle HR data validation, reconciliation, conversion, and migration.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Python or PowerShell scripting for data automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and integration troubleshooting.
• Analyze data discrepancies and support end-to-end HR data operations.
