We are hiring an experienced Senior AI/ML Scientist for a long-term freelance engagement. This role combines Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and Generative AI, with a strong focus on delivering business-driven AI solutions and collaborating directly with stakeholders.

wWe are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional who can bridge advanced AI research, machine learning engineering, and business consulting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions while effectively engaging with business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes

.Key Responsibilitie

s✅ Lead the design, development, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solution

s✅ Identify high-impact business use cases and translate them into scalable AI product

s✅ Build and optimize training, inference, and deployment pipelines for machine learning and deep learning model

s✅ Develop LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar ecosystem

s✅ Design automated model evaluation, monitoring, governance, and human-in-the-loop review processe

s✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and risk/control function

s✅ Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for responsible AI adoptio

n✅ Convert research prototypes into production-ready AI solution

s✅ Present technical recommendations and AI strategies to both technical and non-technical audience
