We need a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the daily operations.This desired candidate will work along with the Head of Admin and play a crucial role in the organization. Managing administrative functions, coordinating with editorial teams & maintaining operational efficiency to match our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Office & Facility Management
- Provide administrative support to editorial & leadership teams
- Oversee office assets, equipment and supplies across all locations
- Ensure studios, regional bureaus, and workspaces remain fully functional and wellmaintained
- Oversee meetings, appointments & travel arrangements
- Negotiate with vendors & maintain healthy relationship
- Manage and track contracts/ service agreements
- Take ownership of tasks assigned to the Admin team and ensure timely closures
- Address facilityrelated emergencies promptly and have contingency plans
Compliance
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures across all regions
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards & other legal requirements
Cost Management
- Track expenses, optimize costs and prepare comprehensive administrative reports
- Review consumption details to ensure the company is billed accurately
- Oversee vendor outstanding and coordinate with Finance team for timely payments
Event & Travel Support
- Support organizing of events
- Oversee transport team to manage CAB movements required for shoots, events & staff travel
- Optimize utilization of Office cars & resources
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Stay approachable and responsive to the team's needs. at all times
- Bachelor's degree is must with 4-5 years of experience in admin (preferably in media/entertainment)
- Excellent comm and negotiation skills
- Amicably manage MEDIA industry workflow and pressure
- Proficiency in office management tools and reporting systems
- Leadership qualities to manage support staff and vendors
