Freelance Opportunity Oracle HCM Functional Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale transportation/metro project.

Key Responsibilities

:• Support Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM functional activitie

s• Work across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Profile Management module

s• Assist with data conversion, validation, testing, and reporting activitie

s• Define and validate data extraction object

s• Review discrepancy reports and error log

s• Participate in data cleanup and migration initiative

s• Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT

)• Document business processes, configurations, and system change

s• Support end-user training and knowledge transfe

r• Track and document issues using Jir
