Freelance Opportunity: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant US Payroll

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a freelance/contract engagement focused on US Payroll production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, primarily US Payroll.
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation errors, retro processing, deductions, and YTD balance discrepancies.
• Support Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and OIC integrations.
• Manage critical P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven resolution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.
• Support enhancements, quarterly updates, regression testing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Participate in AMS transition, knowledge transfer, and production stabilization.
