Freelance Opportunity | Mechanical Design Engineer Solid Edge

No. of Freelancers: 4–5

Experience: 4–5 years

Freelance Duration: 6 months to 1 year

Location: Remote – Project-based

Work Mode: Full-time freelance or part-time/project-based engagement

Software: Solid Edge 2025 – Strong hands-on experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop printing machinery components

• Create and modify machine assemblies

• Develop 3D solid models and sheet metal components

• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings

• Apply GD&T as required for manufacturing drawings

• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and manufacturable designs

Education:

ITI – Drafting / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Industry experience in printing machinery is not mandatory. Candidates with strong mechanical design and Solid Edge experience from other manufacturing/engineering industries are welcome to apply.
