We're looking for people who understand that caring for an elderly parent means showing up, listening, noticing the little things, and building trust.

Niveeda is expanding its care network and we're looking for Freelance Nurses across:

Vashi | Thane | Navi Mumbai

What you'll do:
• Check vitals, BP and blood sugar
• Support medication adherence
• Conduct basic health assessments
• Complete a digital health report after every visit
• Build a comfortable relationship with elderly patients
• Communicate health concerns with the Care Manager
• Max. 4 patients a day

Who we're looking for:
• Nursing qualification
• Compassion, patience and good communication
• Genuine interest in elderly care

Compensation:
450 per visit + travel allowance
(Negotiable based on experience and scope of care.)

Growth opportunity:
This is currently a contractual role. As our patient base grows, nurses who take on a higher number of patients and consistently demonstrate reliability, ownership and quality of care will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with Niveeda.
