About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Non-IT Recruiter to manage hiring across multiple non-technical domains such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. The role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to close positions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Source candidates from job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database for future roles.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 110 years experience in non-IT or generalist recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices across multiple industries.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven track record in non-IT recruitment.

Compensation
