We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) freelancer to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities Customize entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party systems and Microsoft tools Manage data migration, user roles, and security settings Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics certifications Prior experience delivering full lifecycle CRM projects
