We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio freelancer to work on conversational AI solutions. This is a remote, full-time freelance position for 3 months (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom topics, entities, and dialog flows within Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.
- Build intuitive and effective conversational experiences that guide users and achieve business objectives.
- Integrate Co-Pilot with APIs, backend systems, and external data sources to deliver rich, context-aware interactions.
- Customize the look, behavior, and functionality of AI assistants using the full capabilities of Co-Pilot Studio.
- Conduct thorough testing and refinement of Co-Pilot implementations to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Develop clear and concise documentation including design specifications, functional details, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable Co-Pilot features.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve Co-Pilot experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Co-Pilot functionality and system integrations.
- Stay current with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio updates and best practices, and implement new features accordingly.
Preferred Expertise:
- Experience developing AI agents or microservices that automate workflows, respond to user queries, and perform tasks using generative AI and real-time data sources.
- Strong background in monitoring, optimizing, and managing AI application performance and access control.
