FREELANCE MEP ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Engineer to work with us on USA Residential Projects.

Role: Freelance MEP Engineer

Project Type: USA Residential Projects

Work Mode: Freelance / Remote

Engagement: Long-Term Collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP design and construction/permit drawings for USA residential projects.

• Handle Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design and drafting.

• Develop accurate and detailed drawings as per project requirements.

• Ensure drawings comply with applicable US Building Codes, standards, and local jurisdiction requirements.

• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans.

• Review drawings and incorporate project/client comments.

• Support permit drawing submissions and documentation where required.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on USA residential MEP projects.

• Strong knowledge of US building codes and local jurisdiction requirements.

• Experience in one or more MEP disciplines — Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.

• Proficiency in Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD.

• Ability to independently handle projects and meet deadlines.

• Good understanding of construction and permit drawing requirements.
