Background/Experience
- Prior 3-5 years of experience in growth-stage startups or consumer internet companies (preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or savings platforms).
- Strong track record of delivering measurable growth (acquisition, engagement, retention, brand awareness).
- Exposure to B2C marketing (user acquisition, digital campaigns, influencer marketing).
- Experience in building or advising performance marketing + brand marketing strategies.
About the Role
Skillset
- Deep understanding of digital channels (SEO/SEM, social, influencer marketing, referral programs, email, content, PR).
- Ability to define positioning & messaging tailored to Indian consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical mindset data-driven decision making, campaign ROI measurement.
- Knowledge of gift card / rewards / fintech ecosystem would be a plus.
- Network with agencies, influencers, and corporate gifting partners is an advantage.
Engagement Type
- Strategic guidance + execution oversight (not just advisory).
