We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in functional testing, integration testing, test case design and execution, defect tracking, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business workflows.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects until closure.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
Ensure software quality and adherence to project requirements.

Experience & Education

3–5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
