We are looking for a freelance business development consultant who can help us acquire new IT staffing requirements, client partnerships, and technology consulting opportunities on a revenue-sharing model.
Role Overview
This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity for professionals experienced in IT staffing sales, client acquisition, vendor management, or technology consulting business development.
The selected consultant will focus on bringing:
- IT staffing requirements
- Contract staffing opportunities
- Direct client requirements
- Implementation partner requirements
- Outsourcing or consulting opportunities
Our internal team will handle:
- Candidate sourcing
- Recruitment delivery
- Technical screening
- Operations and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and technology consulting
- Acquire direct clients, implementation partners, or vendor connections
- Bring contract, C2H, and permanent hiring requirements
- Coordinate initial discussions with prospective clients
- Share qualified requirements with our recruitment/delivery team
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
- Support business expansion across India, US, Middle East, or other global markets
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT staffing or recruitment business development
- Existing client/vendor network is an advantage
- Understanding of contract staffing and permanent hiring models
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation Model
- 100% Freelance / Commission-Based
- Attractive revenue-sharing model for successful closures
- Commission applicable on:
- Contract staffing placements
- Permanent hiring closures
- Consulting or outsourcing projects
- Long-term collaboration opportunity

This is strictly a freelance business development collaboration opportunity.
This role does not include:
- Company ownership
- Equity partnership
- CEO/Director designation
- Operational or financial decision-making authority
All final commercial decisions, contracts, pricing approvals, and client agreements will remain under the management of Threatxintel Cyber Labs LLP.
