We are seeking a Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and job boards
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and the skills required for open positions
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong negotiation skills
