We are seeking a Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and the skills required for open positions
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
