About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Freelance IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across multiple IT domains while working closely with hiring managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements for various IT positions (Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with client teams.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals for future roles.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 110 years experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and IT job functions.
- Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of successful IT hires.
