Quantiphi is looking for an experienced corporate trainer / facilitator based in Bengaluru to deliver a 60-minute in-person interactive session for a team of 24 InfoSec professionals.

The session, Influence Without Authority, focuses on helping a highly technical audience build stronger stakeholder confidence, proactive networking habits, and cross-functional communication effectiveness.

This is a one-day facilitator engagement with a total commitment of 3 hours, including briefing, on-site facilitation, and immediate participant debrief if needed.

The curriculum, facilitator guide, and all participant materials are already designed.

Your role is to bring energy, executive presence, and strong room facilitation so the learning truly lands with a technical audience.

What You Will Deliver

• Facilitate a 60-minute high-energy in-person session
• Lead interactive exercises on:
• Stakeholder mapping
• Communication and influence frameworks
• Live networking simulations
• Drive discussion, reflection, and real workplace application
• Create strong participant engagement through activities, not slides alone

All session materials, including facilitator guide, participant workbook, reference cards, and commitment cards, will be provided in advance.

Ideal Facilitator Profile

• Based in Bengaluru (mandatory for on-site delivery)
• At least 6+ years of experience facilitating corporate behavioural or soft-skills workshops
• Strong experience working with technical, engineering, or enterprise teams
• Confident room presence with the ability to engage senior professionals
• Prior experience with influencing skills, stakeholder management, executive presence, or cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable facilitating simulations, role plays, and reflective discussion
