Job Overview

We are looking for a Freelance IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) Suite, along with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, and LDAP.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing identity lifecycle, authentication, and access governance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

IAM & Identity Management

• Manage and support Oracle IAM Suite (OAM, OIM, OUD, OID)
• Handle user lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, access control)
• Configure authentication and authorization mechanisms

Directory Services & Access Control

• Work with Active Directory and LDAP for identity management
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems
• Manage identity synchronization and access policies

Cloud & SSO Integration

• Work with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 Admin
• Implement and manage SSO, MFA using Okta & Duo
• Ensure secure identity federation across platforms

System Administration & Troubleshooting

• Use SQL Developer (Oracle) for queries and validation
• Perform system access and troubleshooting via SSH
• Identify and resolve IAM-related issues
