Job Description


Role Description The Freelance Recruiter will work on a contract basis and be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles at Cadworks India Pvt Ltd. This on-site position is based in Noida and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. The role includes coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Freelance Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination, while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting on hiring metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities require close collaboration with leadership and project teams to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.

Profiles - Sales & Marketing , HR , etc

Important - The Payout will be on per closure basic , not on % of CTC .

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination focused on both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as job portals, professional networks, and social media for talent acquisition.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, conducting preliminary interviews, and supporting offer management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with engineering and technology domains such as CAD, GIS, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, and Utilities is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting, preferably within engineering or IT services; experience with contract and freelance hiring is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
