Role Description

We are looking for a freelance HR professional who can help us expand our hiring network. The role focuses on identifying recruiting companies, building partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and supporting candidate placements through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential recruiting companies across sectors and establish hiring partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs of colleges and universities.
• Coordinate recruitment drives, placement activities, and candidate sourcing.
• Understand company hiring requirements and align suitable candidates from our pool.
• Maintain proper communication and reporting on outreach, collaborations, and closures.
• Contribute to employer network expansion for training and placement programs

• Experience in HR, recruitment, business development, or placement coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach targets.
• Good understanding of campus hiring and industry hiring patterns.
