About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Freelance Art & Creative Designer who can bring brand stories to life through compelling static and dynamic creatives. This role demands a strong understanding of brand identity, audience behavior, and design best practices, with the ability to execute high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Understanding & Alignment
- Review briefs shared by supervisors and accurately interpret brand requirements, identity, and objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all artwork is consistent with brand standards.
Design Creation
- Create visually appealing design layouts for marketing materials, including static and dynamic creatives.
- Develop assets for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, and other communication channels as needed.
Research & Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, creative innovations, and design best practices to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Conduct audience research to understand demographics, preferences, and behavior for improved creative impact.
- Track performance/feedback of creative assets and apply insights to future designs.
Time & Task Management
- Deliver assignments within internal turnaround times (TATs).
- Manage priorities efficiently to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Operational Excellence
- Follow documented SOPs and workflow processes to ensure smooth collaboration and consistency.
