Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Consultant to support strategic talent intelligence, talent mining, and organizational mapping initiatives across multiple geographies and business units. This is a highly strategic global role focused on identifying, engaging, and advising on senior talent across industrial and technology-driven environments. The consultant will work closely with global leadership and regional stakeholders to build robust talent pipelines, drive market intelligence, and support critical hiring and workforce planning initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global talent mining and talent intelligence initiatives across functions and geographies
- Conduct organizational mapping and competitor benchmarking for key target companies and industries
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of senior leadership and niche functional talent globally
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements and market trends
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives for complex and business-critical roles across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, digital, and corporate functions
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor landscapes, and hiring strategies
- Support executive search and leadership hiring initiatives across regions
- Develop proactive engagement strategies for passive talent pools and high-potential candidates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance global talent acquisition processes and market outreach

Skills Required
- Prior experience in global talent acquisition, executive search, talent intelligence, or strategic sourcing roles
- Strong exposure to Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, or similar sectors
- Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring initiatives
- Prior exposure to organisations similar to Schneider Electric, Unilever, P&G, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell, Bosch, GE, Eaton, Airbus, Boeing, etc. preferred
- Strong understanding of organisational structures, talent landscapes, and competitor mapping within industrial and consumer sectors
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and leadership teams globally
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic consulting capabilities
