Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM to join our team on a part-time remote contract.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management processes and experience supporting HR system implementation, configuration, testing, validation, reporting, and end-user training. You will work closely with Human Capital Information Management leadership to ensure successful system operations and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM functional activities.
- Assist with data conversion and validation during implementation projects.
- Define and validate data objects for migration.
- Review error logs and discrepancy reports.
- Participate in data cleanup initiatives.
- Test reports, quick actions, and system functionality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document business processes, configurations, and functional changes.
- Assist in end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Track issues, discrepancies, and enhancements using Jira.
- Validate HR data using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of PeopleSoft HCM systems analysis experience.
- Minimum 4 years of functional experience with an integrated ERP system.
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM.
- Experience with one or more of the following modules:
- Core HR
- Recruiting
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Manager Self Service (MSS)
- Profile Management
- Experience with data conversion, validation, testing, and reporting.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Query or Oracle HCM reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience using Jira for issue tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
- HRIS support experience.
- ERP implementation lifecycle knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
