About the Role

We're looking for full-stack developers who enjoy diving deep into systems, debugging across layers, and thinking beyond just writing code.

In this role, you'll help train AI models on real-world development scenarios—making them better at building scalable, production-quality applications.

Full-stack engineering × AI training × system thinking

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Debug issues across APIs, databases, and UI flows
• Improve architecture, performance, and code quality
• Guide AI systems with better prompts and structured reasoning
• Contribute to training data used to improve large-scale AI models

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong understanding of frontend + backend (e.g., React, Node.js, APIs, DBs)
• Experience debugging across layers and systems
• Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs
• Interest in AI and how intelligent systems learn

Commitment & Setup

• 20 hours/week
• Fully remote and flexible
• $16.50-$27.50 per hour depends on project
