We are a new fashion brand focusing on quiet luxury for Urban Indian. We want to design and create functional garments that balance style, durability, and comfort.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop our first collection
- Research and curate designs, color stories, and fabrics.
- Research and pick the right fabrics - Very important
- Develop design sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.
- Create detailed Tech Packs that we can submit to our manufacturers (including construction details, fabrics/trims, measurements, and sewing instructions).
- Suggest sustainable fabrics, trims, and finishes.
- Work on samples and make sure everything is ready for final manufacturing
Requirements
- Should have at least one collection that has been designed and launched in womens wear
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Ability to create precise and clear Tech Packs for manufacturers.
- Strong sense of fabrics, color, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and follow deadlines
- Work with us until the launch of the first collection
- We do accept final year college students

Payment structure - Exact pay can be discussed
- Delivery of all 10 designs plus buffer designs and tech packs - 50%
- Day of receiving the final version of the sample - 50 %
