Primary Job Responsibilities
Classroom
- Create lecture plans including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.
- Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
- Conduct tests and their discussions.
- Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class notes, daily assignments and practice sheets.
- Conducting interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.
- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
YouTube
- Conducting programmes related to SSC courses on our YouTube channel.
- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
- Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes, such as YouTube shorts, promotional videos, etc.
Publications
- Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
- Review content from related publications of Drishti SSC.
- Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Relevant/Additional Experience
