IMHR Academy (Innovative Minds HR Academy) is looking for an experienced
Facets Trainer to deliver live online training sessions to students and working professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training on the Facets Healthcare Platform.
- Train learners on end-to-end Facets implementation.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on assignments.
- Mentor learners on real-time projects and interview preparation.
- Resolve learner queries during and after training sessions.
- Assess learner performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare industry-ready training content and case studies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in the Facets Healthcare Platform.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare Payer Domain.
- Experience in Membership, Benefits, Provider and Claims Configuration.
- Knowledge of Billing, Pricing and EDI Transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271).
- Experience in UAT, Production Support and Release Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Prior online or corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare or related field.
- Relevant Healthcare/Facets certifications are preferred.
