Our client, a leading consumer goods firm, is looking for a CRM – Email & WhatsApp Specialist to manage and scale customer engagement across India and the UK markets. This role focuses on driving lifecycle marketing, retention, and personalization for D2C consumer brands using advanced CRM tools. The ideal candidate should also be highly proficient in using AI tools and demonstrate strong fluency in leveraging AI for marketing optimization and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM strategies across Email and WhatsApp channels
- Design and optimize customer journeys, automation flows, and lifecycle campaigns
- Manage and scale campaigns for D2C consumer brands across India and UK markets
- Leverage platforms like Klaviyo for segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Use AI tools to enhance campaign performance, personalization, and efficiency
- Analyze campaign metrics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversions
Additional Information
- Location: Delhi/NCR (Preferred: Gurugram)
- Work Mode: Hybrid, 5 days a week
- Working Hours: 4–5 hours/day (Half-day, with potential to scale to full-time)
- Experience: 6–8 years (Flexible)
- Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
Skills Required
- 6–8 years of experience in CRM, Email, and/or WhatsApp marketing
- Strong experience working with D2C consumer brands
- Hands-on expertise in CRM tools such as Klaviyo (preferred) or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies
- Passion for emerging AI tools and trends in e-commerce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving team environment
- Experience working with international stakeholders is a plus
