Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant CSM Operation Excellence.
Key responsibilities:
-Support CSM team to achieve Upsell and pull through and to increase digital portfolio.
-Support team by keeping MIS intact to strengthen client relationships for recurring services and achieving on time renewals.
-Self-driven and motivated candidate to collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve desired results.
Duration- 6 months (extendable)
Capacity- Full time
Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)
Skills Required
-3 to 5 years in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, or Client Operations.
-Client Relationship Management, Revenue Growth & Upsell, Operational Excellence
-Maintain and update MIS dashboards, generate insights to strengthen client engagement, and support performance tracking.
-Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) and digital product portfolios.
-Strong written and verbal communication to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
