Freelance Opportunity: Customer MDM Expert - Informatica IDMC / C360
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Customer Master Data Management (MDM) Expert to join a global initiative focused on building a centralised Customer MDM hub-and-spoke solution. This role is critical to establishing a single source of truth for customer data across multiple markets and enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the customer data model and related rules (match & merge, survivorship, workflows, APIs)
- Configure and optimise Informatica IDMC C360 and oversee deployments
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
- Provide technical advisory and best-practice guidance to stakeholders
- Manage 1-2 MDM developers and collaborate with global teams
Requirements:
- 6-8 years experience, including 4-6 years in Customer MDM and 3+ years with Informatica IDMC / C360
- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, data quality, and governance
- Experience with integration patterns and systems (ERP, CRM, external providers)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English fluency; leadership experience preferred
