Freelance Critical Thinking Coach (India)
About the Project
We are developing a high-quality critical thinking demo program for children (Grades 15).
As part of an early-stage initiative, we are creating real, in-person demo sessions with children in India. These sessions will be professionally recorded and later used as reference material for educational and promotional purposes.
This is a short-term freelance project (1 month) with performance-based incentives.
What You Will Do:
This role is NOT just teaching.
You will:
- Finalise a 4560 minute demo session focused on critical thinking (patterns, logic, problem-solving).
- Find children (friends, neighbours, referrals) whose parents agree to a recorded demo.
- Conduct in-person demo sessions (at a home or quiet space).
- Record the sessions yourself using your phone (clear audio & video).
- Collect written parental consent (format will be provided).
- Deliver raw video footage + short clips to us.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English (very important)
- Experience teaching primary school children
- Comfortable teaching without textbooks (activity-based learning)
- Confident using a smartphone for recording
- Responsible, self-driven, and deadline-oriented
- Willing to work like a partner, not a clock-watcher
Project Duration: 1 month
Compensation:
Fixed project fee: 18,000 30,000
Quality bonus: 5,000 (if demos are ad-usable)
Lead bonus: 1,000 per qualified parent testimonial/referral
(Total potential payout: 35,000+)
