Freelance Creative Director

Mystery Monks is looking for a Freelance Creative Director for a live-action brand film shoot in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand.

We prefer candidates who can be available on location for the shoot, ideally from Uttarakhand, Delhi/NCR, or Chandigarh.

Project Overview

The film will capture the end-to-end journey of fiber and wool production — from farm to final yarn — set against the scenic mountain landscapes of Uttarakhand.

A key highlight will be showcasing the scale of operations, including 3.15 lakh sheep, along with the craftsmanship and authenticity behind the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the shoot on location
• Align closely with the client on creative direction
• Ensure storytelling, visual quality, and brand consistency
• Collaborate with crew and manage production workflow
• Supervise post-production until final approval

Requirements

• Experience in corporate or documentary-style films
• Strong understanding of live-action production and post workflows
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Availability for on-location shoot

Compensation

Creative Direction Fees: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on shoot scope)

• Travel & Stay: Up to ₹5,000 (reimbursable against bills)

Important Notes

Travel and food expenses will be reimbursed subject to submission of valid bills, within the approved limits.

This is a fixed budget — no additional payments will be made beyond the above.

No advance payment; full payment will be made after client approval of the final output.
