Freelance Cost Estimator

I need a detailed, line-item cost estimate covering all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil trades for an upcoming project. You will work from the construction drawings and specifications I provide and produce a clear quantity take-off plus a priced Bill of Quantities in Excel.

Please use whichever digital take-off tools you are most comfortable withBluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar are all fineas long as the final workbook shows measured quantities, unit rates, and subtotaled costs by discipline so I can drop it straight into my budgeting model.

Deliverables

Complete Excel BOQ, separated into Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil tabs

PDF copy of marked-up drawings showing your measurement references

Short methodology note so I understand any assumptions made

• I will supply the latest drawing set immediately after award; turnaround of the first draft within a week would be ideal, with one revision round to finalise. Accuracy and clarity are the prioritiesI should be able to trace every dollar back to a take-off line.
