Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a fast-growing digital health and wellness company, is seeking a Consultant - Content Strategy for a 4-month engagement. Based in Bengaluru, the consultant would need to :
- Identify the most effective content formats and channel strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, blogs, and emerging platforms.
- Translate complex scientific research and user data into engaging, consumer-friendly narratives through videos, social content, carousels, articles, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and editorial planning to scripting, production, editing, publishing, and optimization.
- Partner closely with science, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy, credibility, and strategic alignment.
- Build repeatable content workflows that scale the organization's science communication efforts.
- Design and execute content distribution and amplification strategies that drive reach, engagement, user acquisition, and conversion.
- Establish robust analytics and attribution frameworks to measure content performance across the full funnel, from impressions and engagement through sign-ups, retention, and revenue impact.
- Continuously analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content based on audience behavior and business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, content innovations, and audience consumption patterns to maximize content effectiveness and growth.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of growing audiences and driving measurable business outcomes through content.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging digital content platforms.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content, reels, and visual-first social media assets.
- Ability to simplify scientific, healthcare, or technical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives.
- Proficiency in content analytics, performance measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using content and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience working with health-tech, wellness, fitness, biotechnology, or science-driven brands is highly preferred.
